Who sees it
The seller you ordered from
They see your name, your number, your tower and flat, your order and any note on it. They need
all of it to hand you your food.
Not the other sellers
Each seller sees only their own orders and their own notes about you. A
seller in the same community cannot see what you ordered from anybody else. That boundary is
enforced in the system itself and checked automatically, not left to good behaviour.
People who work for the seller
Staff a seller has invited. Anyone in a collection-only role sees your mobile number
masked to the last four digits. The seller themselves can see the full number
because they may need to phone you about an order, and each time they do, that is recorded.
Us
We can reach data to run and fix the service. Support access is per request, with a reason,
and the record of it is written before the data is shown rather than afterwards.
Nobody else
We do not sell data, we do not share it for advertising, and there is no analytics company
receiving your activity. Our hosting and database providers process data on our behalf under
contract, and that is the whole list.
