For sellers

Everything you do today, minus the parts that waste your evening

You keep your WhatsApp number, your customers and your way of working. What changes is that the orders stop living in a chat window, you cook from one list, and at the end of the month you know what you actually earned.

What it does

Every one of these is built and working today. Each has a screenshot on the screens page — if something here had no picture, the site would refuse to build.

Put up today's menu

What you are cooking, how much of it, and when orders close.

  • Copy yesterday. Brings the items, the prices and the quantities. Anything you have since retired is left out and listed, not dropped quietly.
  • Sold out is handled for you. Set a limit or leave it open. When the last one goes the dish stays on the page, greyed, with your own words under it — not the word "unavailable".
  • Two people cannot buy the last one. The database decides, not a check that ran a moment earlier. This is the thing a spreadsheet cannot do.

Take the order, however it arrives

WhatsApp, phone, at the door, or the customer ordering herself.

  • "Same as last time." One tap loads what she had before, priced from today. Anything not on today's menu is named rather than silently left out.
  • Somebody new is one screen. Name, number, tower, flat and the order, saved together. There is no separate customer form to fill in first.
  • The boat did not come in. Mark one line unavailable and the total comes down by itself. Nobody pays for something they did not get.

Cook from one list

Every order for a service, added up into what to actually make.

  • Combos are broken open. 20 veg meals and 5 standalone dals is 25 dals on the list, not two rows you have to add up.
  • Weight items total in kilos. Not in portions. Seven and a quarter kilos of chicken is the number you take to the market.
  • Allergies come first. Notes are a separate list at the top, safety ones above the rest, never behind a "show more".

Hand it over in ten seconds

Somebody is at the door. Find their order, check it is paid, done.

  • One box, any answer. Pickup code, order number, name, tower, flat, or the last four digits of a number. Numeric keypad by default, because most people say the code.
  • Big enough to use standing up. One result, one action, and targets sized for a thumb rather than a mouse.
  • Thirty ready at once. Move a whole service to ready in one action, then send one message to your group. Doing it one at a time is about seventeen minutes of opening and closing WhatsApp.

What you actually earned

After the chicken, the gas, the boxes and the petrol — and per hour worked.

  • Cost the way you buy. "Eleven hundred at the market, four bottles." Not ₹275 each. Nobody does that division in their head, so the screen does it.
  • The costs everyone forgets. Boxes, gas, petrol. On one real biryani batch they are ₹330 of ₹2,690 — leave them out and the margin reads 28.5% when it is really 18.5%.
  • Per hour worked. A business turning over six lakh a month can still be paying its owner eighty rupees an hour, and nobody ever works it out.

Your customer book

Who they are, where they live, and what they never eat.

  • Find anyone. By name, tower, flat, or the last four digits of a number.
  • Allergies are not a note in a notebook. They are marked, and they come out at the top of the cooking list every time.
  • Preferences fill themselves in. "Less spicy" comes up for confirmation on her next order. It is never applied behind your back.

On your own WhatsApp

The message is written for you. You send it, from your number.

  • Your number does not change. Customers keep messaging the number they already have. Nothing to register, nothing to migrate.
  • Nothing costs per message. It opens your WhatsApp with the words ready. Sending it yourself is what makes it free — an SMS at two per order runs to about a thousand rupees a month.
  • One list of who is owed a message. Including the question nobody can answer today: which ready orders has nobody been told about.

What your neighbours see

A link in the group. No app, no account, no password.

  • Nothing to install. She taps the link and she is looking at today's food. That is the whole first step.
  • Everyone cooking in her building. Not just you. Sellers who are not cooking today still show, quietly, so the page looks alive rather than empty.
  • A separate basket for each seller. Two sellers is two orders and two collections, because that is what actually happens. There is no combined total anywhere.

What is still being built

Designed and agreed, not finished. No screenshots, because there is nothing to photograph yet.

  • Delivery, when you want it A switch and a flat fee, plus a neighbour who runs the drops and is paid per drop.
  • What your neighbours are asking for "Mutton biryani for twenty, Saturday one o'clock." You reply with a price.
  • Standing orders "Every Sunday, one kilo of chicken." Forty of those means you know on Wednesday what to buy.

This is probably not for you if…

  • You run a restaurant with tables. You want a proper point of sale with kitchen tickets and table management. Petpooja and the others are good at that and we are not trying to be.
  • You need delivery across a city. This is built around your neighbour walking to your door. Delivery within a community is designed and not yet built; delivery across town is not on the list at all.
  • You want to take card payments online. There is no payment gateway here and there is not going to be. Your neighbour pays you by UPI or cash at the door.
  • You sell to strangers rather than neighbours. Everything here assumes the person collecting lives in your building and you will see her again.

What happens if you get in touch

  1. We reply

Within one working day, from a real person, on WhatsApp.

  2. We set it up with you

Sitting together — your products, your prices, your customer list from whatever you keep it in now. This is a built part of the product, not a favour we are promising.

  3. You run one service on it

One lunch, alongside whatever you do now. If it made the day worse you have lost an afternoon and nothing else.

Where we are. Live since August 2026, in one community, with three sellers. That is the whole of it, and we would rather say so than invent a number.
